Our EVOO was professionally analyzed, and we’re proud to share that it measured 0.262% acidity. For context, to qualify as Extra Virgin Olive Oil the International Olive Council requires acidity below 0.8%, so this result places our oil well within the range of premium, top-tier quality. The lower the acidity the better!
