Asteri Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from Koroneiki olives grown on the Demopoulos family estate in Pyrgos, Elis, in Greece's Peloponnese. Estate-bottled in limited quantities, this single-origin EVOO is fresh, balanced and distinctly Mediterranean.

From Our Family Estate in Greece

Our olive trees grow under the warm Peloponnesian sun, where olives have been cultivated for generations. The Koroneiki olive, Greece's celebrated olive-oil variety, produces an aromatic extra virgin olive oil prized for its vibrant flavor and character.

The result is an EVOO equally at home drizzled over a Greek salad, whisked into a vinaigrette, spooned over vegetables, used to finish grilled fish and meats—or simply poured into a bowl with good bread.

Frankly, the bread may just be an excuse.

Our extra virgin olive oil has been professionally analyzed at just 0.262% free fatty acidity, well below the 0.8% maximum permitted for extra virgin olive oil under EU standards.
